I graduated last May with my BA in English (focus on creative writing) from the University of Louisville. I am hoping to get into a graduate program within the next year, whenever I decide on what I want to "be when I grow up." I am not completely certain what I want to do for the rest of my life (as my "career"); I just know that I want to help people and make a difference.

I have been a vegetarian for over eight years. I am a "tree hugger", I guess you could say. I love animals. I want to save the world--who doesn't? (Is that too ambitious? LOL)

Johnny Depp is a beautiful genius.

I love the ocean, beach, and marine life. If I had the money, the time, and could bring myself to move away from my family, I would study marine biology in Florida.

I love the Arts: theater, literature, music, photography, improv, film.. I draw, scrapbook, and write poetry in my spare time.

I have very strong beliefs. If it is not worth putting my whole heart into something, it is probably not worth doing..

Music has never turned its back on me. I know I can always turn on my radio & it will be there. That is more than I can say about any one person I have ever known. My taste in music ranges from 80's Pop and Hair Metal to past and present-day Folk, from 90's R&B to Acid Rock. I love just about anything, aside from honky-tonk country and gangsta rap. I am a big Michael Jackson fan!

Halloween is most likely my favorite holiday.

I love live music and road trips, if both are involved.. I am a very happy camper.

I am slightly more than obsessed with Alice In Wonderland (the book, Disney cartoon, the new Tim Burton film... basically, any version of the story).

I remember hearing "Wherever You Will Go" several years ago on the radio and with enough pouting & pleading was able to persuade my sister to give me her The Calling CD. I have been a fan of Alex ever since. I have seen The Calling in concert twice and can't wait to catch Alex at a solo show! <3
