I'M RECORDING!!!

I just got home from my first day in the studio recording my solo record! I can't even explain how good it felt to be in there putting these songs down on tape that have been swimming in my head for a year and a half now (granted, there is no "tape" anymore :). We started today with the song "Euphoria", which you might have heard a clip from the live acoustic show I did last week. I tell you, the acoustic clip does this song no justice! It's sounding amazing with the full band, who by the way are insanely good players...I can't wait for you guys to hear it! I did a little filming today around the studio and I'm going to make it a point at the end of each week to put at least one video together to give to you all. I'll of course be taking some pictures as well of all that goes on behind the scenes. It's looking like I will be recording through until later in November to finish this monster and then unleash it upon the world in the first half of next year...HA HA HA! ;) Anyway, I just wanted to tell you all how happy I am to be in the studio finally doing my thing...I have been and will continue to pour my heart and soul into this record and I hope when you listen to it next year you can feel these songs...not just hear them. I'm so lame I couldn't even sleep last night cause I was so excited...so now I'm tired...I'll check in again soon! All the love...
