Update!

Hey everyone! I wanted to give you all an update, as my timeline has unfortunately changed a bit. Just this last week, I did the final live string sessions for the record, it was by far the most magical moment yet. Check back later today to watch it all in the 15^th in-studio video!

I will be doing some final tweaking this coming week on the album, and then we will be mixing everything in a couple weeks, which will take some time as well. I don’t know how much you all know about the current state of the music business, but it is very, very bleak. Major labels are dropping like flies, record stores are closing left and right, and bands…talented bands, are getting let go on a daily basis. It’s a sad thing to be a part of this and watch it over the last bunch of years. Needless to say, this does affect me. Every step I take to push my record to come out sooner, I have to take another step back, due to other circumstance that I have no control over. Now, with all that said, I want you all to know that my record will come out this year, it will be better than you can imagine, and my label is very much behind it. All this extra time has done nothing but let me write more incredible songs and make this record sound even better…so there is a positive! But obviously, just like all of you, I am wanting to be out there touring and sharing this album with the world. It’s getting very close, but it won’t be this month like I was told. Instead of specifying an actual week or month, I am just going to tell you guys once I know the actual date, when it is set in stone. I am still as excited as I’ve been, if not more, and I will continue to update you all on the rest of the process. All the love!!!

But I will, as I have always, get back into the process of answering as many of you as I can, which I love to do. Thank you for understanding:)
